All Sales Are Final & No Change-of-Mind Refunds
Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered the wrong color variant by mistake.
Because we process and ship orders rapidly to ensure a 5–10 business day delivery window, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order details, including shipping information and product specifications, before finalizing your checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want to ensure your product arrives in perfect, battle-ready condition. We only replace or address items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item due to a fulfillment error.
If your package arrives damaged or your water blaster has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to us within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a resolution.

Once our team reviews your claim and verifies the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped out to you at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
In the rare event that an item must be sent back to our facility for inspection or a pre-approved return:

Authorization Required: Do not ship items back to the return address listed on your package without explicit written authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or accepted.

Condition: Approved returns must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.

Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
