Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification automatically once your order has officially shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We work hard to ensure your package arrives safely at your doorstep so you can get straight to the action.

  • Standard Shipping Time: 5 to 10 business days once handed off to our carrier.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

📦 Please Note: While we make every effort to meet these shipping windows, delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-volume peak seasons.

Shipment Tracking

We believe in total transparency. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will automatically send a shipment confirmation email containing your official tracking number.

You can use this number to track your water blaster’s journey every step of the way directly through the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the system after receiving the email.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address very carefully before finalizing your checkout. We process orders rapidly to maintain our fast delivery speeds, which means we are usually unable to change a shipping address once an order is placed.

We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives visibly damaged from transit, please contact us immediately.
